Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact support@casidor.com as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Refund requests are not limited to 24 hours after purchase. Purchases made directly through our website are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: contact us within 90 days of delivery. This includes one-time purchases, discounted or sale purchases, and first and renewal subscription orders, whether unopened, opened, partially used, or fully used.
One satisfaction-based refund claim is permitted per customer under the Refund Policy. Approved refunds cover the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts, plus applicable tax. CASIDOR pays approved return shipping and charges no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after any requested return is received and the claim verified, or after approval if no return is required. Bank posting times may vary.
A refund request does not automatically cancel a subscription. Please manage or cancel future renewals separately before the next renewal is processed.
