You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any restocking or return processing fees.

Exchange:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: support@casidor.com. We will process the free exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
