I am not a doctor and can't offer health advice but I will say that I do like these vitamins and I think they are helpful. I feel like they have been effective for me anyway. I started taking them daily about a week ago and since then, I feel like my energy levels have been better during the day after the AM pill. I have slept really good the past week as well after taking the PM at night. I think that these vitamins are easy to use, the instructions are just "AM/PM". The price is really good for the amount that you're getting. They don't really taste like anything, maybe just a mild pill/plastic flavor you get from most pills.
